Our Leadership Team
George Verhoest – President
George Verhoest leads our business as President and Owner of GPR Company. With over four decades of experience in manufacturing, he has built GPR into a trusted partner for customers across industries by combining technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach.
Devin Verhoest – Executive Vice President
With more than a decade of experience leading teams with successful outcomes, Devin Verhoest plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth at GPR Company. Since joining the business in 2012, Devin has advanced through roles in production management, program leadership, and business unit direction before being named Executive Vice President in 2022.
His expertise spans project management, production scheduling, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance methodologies such as Six Sigma, PQP, and CAPA. A Rutgers University graduate, Devin is known for fostering collaboration and implementing custom manufacturing solutions that enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction.
Frank Balsamo – Director of Operations
For more than 10 years, Frank has grown his career at GPR Company through hard work and a constant drive to improve, starting as a Junior Planner and progressing through various roles to his current position as Director of Operations. He’s played a key role in boosting efficiency, introducing automation, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting revenue growth. Today, Frank’s objectives focus on cost management, workforce optimization, and driving strong foundational processes that enhance onboarding, training, and development.
John Morin – General Manager
With over 40 years of experience in machine shops, John has played a key role in GPR’s growth over the past decade. His responsibilities include working closely with ownership to manage people, projects, and equipment across both of our facilities. He also oversees the quality department and provides engineering support as needed. As GPR continues to expand, John remains an integral part of the hiring process, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and bringing in top talent to strengthen our team.
Joe Garcia – Quality Manager
Joe is a seasoned Quality and Operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. His expertise spans pharmacovigilance, CAPA management, CMM programming, supplier audits, process improvement, and FDA and ISO environments. With a proven track record in quality management, operations leadership, and regulatory compliance, Joe drives efficiency at GPR and ensures compliance through every stage.
Daniella Verhoest – Materials Manager
Daniella has been a part of the GPR team since 2011. Starting out in data and invoice entry, she worked diligently to step into her current role as Materials Manager for both of GPR’s facilities. In this role, she performs a range of crucial tasks, serving as the main point of contact for many of our suppliers, so we can provide the most accurate lead times and pricing in our quotes. Additionally, Daniella procures materials for customer orders and assesses inventory levels to make sure our system matches what we have on hand.
Vicky Huynh – Head of Accounts
For more than 25 years, Vicky has been critical to GPR Company’s daily operations. As Office Manager, she oversees everything from HR and payroll to accounting, compliance, and vendor coordination. Her attention to detail and organization also extends to our customers, as she ensures smooth communication and dependable service throughout the customer journey.
Gary Horman – VP of Sales
Since joining GPR Company in June 2002, Gary has dedicated his career to building lasting customer relationships and driving business growth. With decades of sales and marketing experience, he leads with a customer-first mindset. His ability to foster long-term partnerships and deliver value through every stage of the manufacturing process has made him a trusted resource for GPR’s clients and an integral part of the company’s leadership team.
